I’ve previously said that I feel that information on my website is difficult to find and needed reorganising. I’ve also mentioned on my REIT Spotlight series that I may share with you the REIT Data in the future. In the past week, I’ve been laying out some of the ground work for this by building out some sample S-REIT dashboards and creating a Resources menu, which I will unveil today.
How to access

You can access the S-REIT Dashboard through the newly created Resources menu as shown above. I hope to build out at least a dedicated Singapore Savings Bond page and maybe a Open Electricity Market dashboard, but that is not my priority at the moment.

Once you click through to the S-REIT Dashboards page, scroll down to find the REIT you wish to know more about. At the moment, I’ve not written about every single REIT in the market. As such, not all REITs have their dedicated dashboard / page.
Those that I’ve written about, you will be able to at least get to a page with all the blog posts that I’ve written about the particular REIT. The more interesting ones are for REITs that I’ve written a REIT Spotlight article for. These would have a dedicated dashboard.
Currently, only 2 REITs have dedicated dashboards – AIMS APAC REIT and Ascendas REIT.
Key Features
Each dashboard is split into roughly 5 sections:
- General Information
- Operational Indicators
- Financial Indicators
- Useful resources

General Information talks about a brief overview of the REIT – who the Sponsor is, where the properties are, property type, etc.

These are the operational indicators tracked in the dashboard. WA Land Expiry will be replaced with Percentage of Portfolio that is Freehold for properties with Freehold properties. I also display the top 10 tenants after these indicators.

These are the financial indicators tracked in the dashboard. I’ve also included graphs of DPU history, NAV history and P/B history.

The last 2 sections are for you to find out more by firstly giving you quick access to posts that I’ve written about the REIT. Secondly, you can easily access the Investor Relations websites from this page as well as some of the other useful third party sources like SGInvestors.io and The Edge Singapore.
SGInvestors.io can give you a round-up of what analysts are saying, among other things, while The Edge Singapore regularly posts REIT specific news.
Future developments
There are a couple of things I hope to do as I build out these dashboards:
- Dashboards will be added as I finish REIT Spotlight articles.
- Explore possibilities of using Tableau to display more interactive dashboards / graphs
- Develop a day end price and P/B indicator that updates automatically daily
Feedback
As you look through these dashboards, I hope that you can give me some feedback on the following things:
- Are these indicators all you wish to know at a quick glance?
- Are there indicators you want added / dropped?
- Are there any sources you think is useful to add the Useful References section?

Hi I have been following your blog for quite a while and I find your articles really informative and useful. Thank you so much for sharing and especially the newly added S-reits dashboard. I have a request (hope not asking too much), it will be useful if you can also include a dividend yield history figure in the dashboard. Thank you in advance.
Hi ChinWei,
Glad you found my content useful. Hmm sure i’ll see what i can do when i am free.
